Having a personal trainer is such a great way to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, whether your goal is to to be able to perform daily activities (work and play) more easily, a sports performance goal, a body composition goal like weight loss or toning up, or to get back on track safely after and injury. The key is accountability and support. I love to inspire people to do their best and want them to leave their session with a smile and feeling full of energy. I want them to have that energy to bring forward into their lives, for themselves to feel good, and to share with the people and pets they love.

You don't need a gym to workout. I love teaching people in their homes, at my home, outside and on-line with simple equipment like dumbbells, bands, sliders, medicine balls, exercise ball and TRX trainer. I will help build a program for you that will help you meet your goals. We will plan your homework together to compliment the program as it makes sense and I will help keep you accountable. We will work on the cardiovascular system, and lifestyle goals as well as doing resistance training to help with muscle and bone strength that is especially important as we age.

Building muscle is a great way to increase our energy! I will also bring my health and mindset coaching skills to the table as needed to help you be and feel your healthiest! This is especially helpful for building new habits and lasting transformation.

The assessment and programs can be delivered:
1. on-line through zoom
2. at my home, if you live near enough by
3. at your home, if you are in the Haliburton area (extra fees for my travel will apply)
Programs:
1. Couples' Program-10 weeks
1hr session (15minutes of lifestyle coaching/45 minutes of training), a short video of your 3 favourite exercises from each session, and mid week check in email. Also additional bonuses relevant to you.

2. Individual Program-10 weeks
1hr session (15minutes of lifestyle coaching/45 minutes of training), a short video of your 3 favourite exercises from each session, and mid week check in email. Also additional bonuses relevant to you.
3. Fine Tuning Your True North for Women over 45 - Personal Training and Life Coaching mix- 10 weeks
1hr session (15minutes of lifestyle coaching/45 minutes of training) weekly, a short video of your 3 favourite exercises from each session, and mid week check in email; and 1hr, Life/Health Coaching Session weekly. Also additional bonuses relevant to you.
