"Thrive OVER 45: Aligning With Your True North and Rock Your Age!"  6 Months

​

You'll gain tools to reclaim your time and energy, empowering you to live with strength, joy, and purpose, free from limiting age concepts. While the program is personalized to your needs and results depend on your commitment, my clients have had benefits such as managing a busy life with a clear plan for more peace and calm, and embracing their changing body with compassion. I have seen benefits of clearer thinking, improved mobility, increased energy, reduced pain, and making time for passions that fulfill.

In the first month, I'll guide you in crystallizing your vision of "Rocking Your Age" and identifying the habits and mindsets that have held you back. Months two through four focus on mapping your Growth Path and practising tools to boost energy, strength, and fulfillment in nutrition, exercise, and daily routines. As we approach months five and six, we’ll refine self-talk and establish boundaries to create a sustainable energy plan that keeps you thriving over 45.
